Neighbours in Poplar aims to help vulnerable people, especially those living alone and often undocumented,, to live fulfilling lives. They work to reduce isolation and loneliness by growing a sense of community, offering a wide variety of services including outreach work, weekly meals and activities, intergenerational Digital Inclusion projects, summer seaside trips and winter meal deliveries.
