Our mission is to bring lasting change so that local residents can access the wealth of opportunities that surround them. With over
30 years’ experience of grant-making, we know where to target your donation to have the biggest impact. There are different ways you can contribute. You can make a one-off donation or provide long-lasting support through regular payments.
The East End of London has some of the highest levels of deprivation in the country. Through our Life Chances Campaign, we aim to raise £5 million to tackle pensioner poverty and isolation, build brighter futures for young people and close the digital divide. We’re using our expertise and local knowledge to fund experienced local organisations that are best placed to give the support local residents really need. This support can help transform the lives of whole communities.
The EECF General Unrestricted Fund serves as a vital resource to address the ever-changing needs of our community in the East End of London. By contributing to this fund, Your donation enables us to react promptly to emerging needs and unexpected challenges within our community, ensuring that assistance reaches those who need it most when they need it most. With the flexibility of unrestricted funds, we can invest in innovative solutions, foster collaboration among community partners, and drive sustainable change that benefits individuals, families, and neighborhoods in the long term.

Every donation is split: 50% supports urgent needs through our Life Chances campaign, and 50% builds our endowment for the future. With Gift Aid, 100% goes directly to charity.
