Toynbee Hall provides frontline advice services and lead the LinkAge Project, a partnership across Tower Hamlets consisting of Neighbours in Poplar, Age UK East London, Peabody at Sundial and St Hilda’s. The partnership reaches approximately 550 older people in Tower Hamlets.
