Mudchute has a strong record running apprenticeships for young people who are not in employment, training and may not have gained qualifications at school. Young people gain experience working in the stables, the children’s nursery and on the Farm’s sustainability projects. The majority of apprentices move into full-time employment, several at Mudchute itself.
