Bonny Downs’ leadership programme helps local young people boost their employability, learn new skills and become positive contributors to their communities. They recruit and train young leaders to assist with the planning and delivery of the charity’s high-quality summer play schemes. These young leaders gain valuable work experience and specialist training to become anti-radicalisation and healthy relationship role models.
