A fund with us is like having your own charitable trust but without the hassle of administration and regulation. There are so many social issues and fantastic local charities in the East End, it can be hard to know where to start! We have been helping people give to their local community for more than 30 years and are here to help you too.

Set up a charitable fund

This is like having your own charitable foundation without the burden of professional fees and governance. You set up your fund with us, we work with you to understand your priorities and present you with charities aligned with the social issues you are passion about. You can commit your giving in the form of an annual donation or by establishing a permanent endowment whereby you spend the income your legacy is generating. Either option allows you to top up your giving or change your charitable priorities at any time.

Join our Life chances Campaign

By donating to our Life Chances Campaign you will directly support the needs of young and older people in the East End, two groups significantly impacted by the pandemic and they now face the cost of living emergency. The Campaign is also focused on tackling digital inequality and has already provided 300 low income households with children with broadband, and IT device and training.

Join our Philanthropy Club

A key benefit of being a Club member is that you can give back to the community by working collectively to support local grassroots causes tackling deprivation, inequality and isolation. This ensures your gift has a greater impact on the projects that need support the most. Members also enjoy networking opportunities with like-minded philanthropists and other EECF donors at our regular club events. Join in discussions about philanthropy in London and gain insights on the impact Philanthropy Club is making on our local community. You will also receive information on how your investment is being used as well as annual review and our Vital Signs research report.
